Mia Ghogho is an interdisciplinary artist living and working between Chicago, USA + Accra, Ghana.

Her practice dances between the abstract and the figurative, weaving a tapestry of vibrant colors and intricate patterns. Inspired by the material culture of West Africa and its diaspora in the Deep South, she creates layered compositions that pulse with rhythm and narrative. Each piece is a harmonious fusion of texture and hue, inviting viewers into a world where cultural echoes and personal stories converge in a vibrant symphony.
