Wow! Long time no see, speak, posts or anything. I have been working my butt off this Summer, but yesterday I got to slow it down and enjoy a fine dining experience at The Peninsula Hotel Chicago (@thepeninsulachi). I experienced an exclusive preview of #CharlieTrotterDays dishes.
You may be thinking, what exactly is CharlieTrotterDays and why do I care? Charlie Trotter was a world-renowned American chef and restaurateur. August 17-20 restaurants in Chicago and across the country will be offering Trotter-insired dishes with portions of the proceeds benefit @thetrotterproject.
I was surprised at the number of vegetarian friendly dishes! This melon salad medley was absolutely delicious.
